Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect only the fields you submit on the quote form: your name, your phone number, the location of the property, and which service you are asking about, plus anything you choose to write in the message. Nothing else on this site asks you for information, and there is no newsletter signup, no account, and no login.

We do not collect payment details through this site. If you go ahead with work, invoicing is handled separately and directly with you.

Why we collect it

We use your details for exactly one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, confirm we cover your address, schedule the free assessment and send you the written scope. We do not add you to a marketing list, we do not send bulk email, and we do not use your details to advertise to you elsewhere.

Who processes it

The quote form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third party form relay service, which passes your submission to our email inbox. Your submission therefore passes through FormSubmit's systems in transit. The site itself is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server request logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. Neither of those providers receives your information for their own marketing use.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no cross-site tracking pixels, and does not use third-party remarketing tags. Any analytics in use is limited to aggregate page view counts with no profile built about you as an individual. The embedded Google Map on the contact and service area pages is loaded from Google and is subject to Google's own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted from our inbox within 24 months. Where work went ahead, we keep the job record for as long as the workmanship guarantee runs plus any period required for tax and accounting purposes, which in Texas generally means at least four years.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only where it is necessary to carry out the work you asked about, for example with the crew scheduled to attend your property, or where the law requires disclosure. If your enquiry is better handled by a specialist, for example a foundation engineer or a plumber for a suspected under-slab leak, we will tell you and let you make the referral yourself rather than passing your details on.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Send that request through the contact form and we will action it within 30 days. Deleting your record ends any open enquiry, which is usually what you want if you have decided not to proceed.

Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, to obtain a copy of it, to correct inaccuracies, and to have it deleted. We honour those requests regardless of where you live.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission is perfect, so please do not send anything sensitive through the form beyond the contact details needed to arrange a visit. We will never ask you for a bank detail, a social security number or a password by email or text.

Children

This site is aimed at property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted the form, contact us and we will delete the record.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle existing enquiry data will be notified to affected people directly rather than by a silent edit here.

Lubbock Concrete Leveling serves Lubbock, Texas and the surrounding South Plains. All enquiries, including privacy requests, come through the contact form. There is deliberately no phone number on this site so that every request arrives in writing with a record of what was asked and when.
