The more you put in the form, the more useful the first reply is. Which slab has dropped, roughly how far, and whether you have noticed water collecting anywhere near it are the three details that let us tell you something real before we have even visited.
We work across Lubbock and Lubbock County with no travel charge, plus scheduled blocks in Levelland and Plainview. Assessments in and around the city are usually available within a few days.
What happens after you send the form
You get a reply confirming coverage and a realistic date for the assessment. On site we shoot laser elevations across the slab, tap it every few feet to map the extent of the void, core-measure thickness at the first port, and walk the drainage to identify what is putting water into the subgrade.
Then you get a written scope: the measured drop, an estimated material volume, polyurethane foam and mudjacking priced side by side with the cure time and expected service life of each, the water source we observed, and a plain verdict on lift or replace. If it says replace, it says replace.
What we will tell you before you spend anything
If the slab measures under four inches, has broken into many fragments, has spalled through to the aggregate, or has been heaved by a tree root rather than settled, lifting is the wrong repair and you will hear that in writing at no cost. Lubbock, Texas and the surrounding South Plains, roughly a 45 mile radius. Wolfforth, Slaton, Shallowater, Idalou, New Deal, Roosevelt and Ransom Canyon carry no travel charge. Levelland and Plainview are scheduled in county blocks at the same rate.

Before you send it, two things worth checking
Tap the slab with a hammer handle. Concrete bearing on soil gives a dull thud; concrete over a void rings hollow. Walking the slab tapping every few feet tells you roughly how big the cavity is, and it is usually larger than the part that looks sunken. That single observation makes your enquiry far more useful.
Then look at where water arrives. A downspout discharging onto the approach, a grade falling back toward the house, an irrigation head watering the edge of the concrete. Whatever is delivering water to that spot is the thing that will re-open the void after any repair, and identifying it early usually saves more money than choosing between methods does.
